Spreaders

The New Leader G4 Series fertilizer and lime spreaders feature a patented design that allows the custom applicator to cover more acres per day with a wider, more effective swath width. The G4 design includes the patented variable rate broadcaster that broadcasts material farther, wider, and more consistently. The new design also includes predetermined settings for fertilizer, urea, lime and wet lime to simplify spread pattern testing and daily application.

SP.6 DGPS-Ready Single Product Control
This easy-to-operate system allows the operator to accurately change application rates on the go from the comfort of the cab. Patent-Pending Variable Rate Broadcaster
The new dished spinner design broadcasts material farther, wider, and more consistently. The design also includes predetermined settings for fertilizer, urea, lime, and wet lime to simplify spread pattern testing and daily application.
Extra Wide Conveyor
The 30" wide conveyor featured on the L3020GT helps reduce material bridging when broadcasting wet, heavy loads of lime. Inverted "V"
The inverted "V" may be mounted in a fixed or swinging position to reduce material load on the conveyor.
Belt-Over-Chain Conveyor
The #4 belt-over-chain conveyor system allows uninterrupted delivery of the lightest applications of fertilizer and the heaviest loads of lime. It features a heavy-duty pintle chain with a multi-ply belt riveted (4 rivets per crossbar) to the crossbars with solid rubber sealer strips and twin-line chain oiler with clear sight gauge tubing.

OPTIONS
Controls
Several controls that handle both liquid and dry materials are available in lieu of the SP.6 DGPS-Ready console. These optional controls, including Mid-Tech, Raven, and Falcon, work with the Mark V control valve featured as standard equipment on the spreader.

Stainless Steel
The L3020G4, just like all other New Leader spreaders comes standard in heavy-duty carbon steel construction painted with our advanced paint system. Two options exist when upgrading to a stainless steel spreader: painted 409 stainless steel and unpainted 304 stainless steel. Both provide added resistance to corrosion, but the 304 option is the highest grade stainless offered by New Leader.

Manual Hydraulics
A manual hydraulic system is available in lieu of the SP.6 DGPS-Ready Product Control System.

Swinging Rear Endgate
The swinging rear endgate is used for high-speed no-hoist dumping. (Available in 88" wide body only.)

Conveyor Chain
In lieu of the #4 belt-over-chain, the #2 heavy-duty pintle chain is available with the twin line chain oiler. In addition, a #4 hi-temp, oil resistant belt is available for spreading materials with a temperature range of -10 degrees F to 350 degrees F. (Hi-temp belt is not recommended for cold temperature application.)

Fenders, mud flaps, ladder, and cab shield are just some of the other options available.

Paint
The standard color for all New Leader products is New Leader White, but Highway Equipment Company is equipped to paint your spreader virtually any color. More information on our paint and assembly process.
