FDS-2555 Simultaneous Pulse Meter System

Control panel includes indicator lights and front mounted manual controls. Unit dispenses multiple products simultaneously, using PC terminal controls.

Flow Meter System

The Kahler Automation FDS-2555 control will accurately dispense liquids from a user friendly input terminal. The selected products are listed on the display terminal where the operator enters the information to complete the order. Entries include product name, gallons desired, and dispense location. The system will then automatically control related pumps and valves to quickly and accurately dispense the order requested, all simultaneously. Initial setup allows all important data to be entered into the memory of the system. Product name, pulses per gallon, and air purge time (carrier line only) may be programmed individually for each product to be dispensed. Flow Sensors are available in poly, aluminum, and stainless steel. Chemical Meters, MAG and Mass Flow Sensors are available in various sizes that are NTEP approved for custody transfer of product.

Features & Options

Reports
Kahler Automation Fluid Dispensing Systems are available with transaction reports. These reports include time of day, date, product name, gallons dispensed, pounds dispensed and discharge location. The system is easily upgraded to Terminal DX or Plant Supervisor computerized transaction and facility management software.
